Our facility can handle laptop batteries and UPS batteries. However, we are unable to take common household batteries, such as Alkaline batteries.

Due to the specialized process to separate materials within light bulbs, we currently can’t accept light bulbs.

Consumers can drop off outdated electronics at our South Side location (2235 Mary St.) and many Guardian Storage locations for your convenience. (Note: Guardian Storage is no longer receiving televisions or printers. These will now need to be dropped off at our Mary St. location in Pittsburgh’s South Side.)

Although we are not involved in municipal collection events at this time, we do accept consumer drop offs at our South Side location and at select Guardian Storage locations throughout the Pittsburgh area.
